Artist's Comments

Yes, i have been investing into a new art style and i have came up with this "Sketchy" one, i actually liked it so i drew Rebecca (In DiD, curious perverts!) to compare it with the old one (The new style is on the left)
Here's the question, what do you think? if this gets good comments i'll carry on using the style, or improve on it if i need to.

I like the style on the left best. Nice pic.

Matt Farrell: [To Lucy McClane] Wow, I know that tone. It's just weird hearing it come from someone... with hair.

Well, it's a first step towards shading, isn't it? I say it looks better than the other one, because shading gives the picture depth.
Keep on improving and everyone will be happy.

You're definitely improving! Light years ahead of where you were a year ago, hehe. I love the new style. Rebecca is just so hot!

Yeah, but actually, i did do shading on the right of the picture, but sadly i used gradients, so it's pretty faint.
And yes, i'll be improving this style.

Oh, i remember the old style *Shudder* Mspaint, cheap 3D rendering and the generic pencil coloring.
Looking back at them makes me feel pretty embarrassed, but meh, i only just started and it could have been worse.

Now that you say it, I see the gradients. But I really think you'll keep on using the other style.
Oh, and word of advice (if you want it): you should try lines that are much less thick. I think it's easier that way.
